LittleBigPlanet Pirates DLC Confirmed

Pirates of the Caribbean sackboys and water will hit Media Molecule's create-em-up next week
We recently reported on the heavily hinted-at content, but now we have the full official premise:
"Rumours say that the fearsome Davy Jones and his mighty Kraken have come to LittleBigPlanet to wreak havoc and claim some sack folk to serve as Davy’s Crew. Once again, it’s going to fall to Sackboy to locate the only ship on LittleBigPlanet that has any chance of sending him back to the bottom of the sea."
“It's going to fall to Sackboy to locate the only ship on LittleBigPlanet”
The DLC will feature loads of water and related items such as scuba gear and bubble machines across five brand new POTC-themed levels. In the best LBP tradition, there'll also be plenty of other materials objects, stickers, trophies and the like.
Gamers will be able to download the pack on December 22 for the not unreasonable sum of £4.79 (€5.99 / US $5.99 / AUS $ 9.95 / NZD $11.50).
For all the details check out the LittleBigPlanet site, or take a look at the LBP Pirates DLC trailer.
